Rooks!

I love birds, all birds, but my absolute favourites are rooks. I love their calm waddle and that they look like they are wearing bloomers. I like how they are always in my favourite places and I love how they often look like they are in conversation with each other about all of the important happenings in a rook's world. (The importance of these happenings may be debatable!)

I understand how to some they can look like scary big black birds so I am making a card that I hope captures the things I love about them.

To me they are the big, strong, guardians of the bird kingdom. Here is a quick shot of the prototype card.
